Request account deletion.
Use this page to request deletion of your MatchaNest account and associated app data. This page is intended for web and Google Play policy compliance, and you can also request deletion directly inside the mobile app.
How to request deletion
Send an email to privacy@matcharoom.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address used for your MatchaNest account and your role in the app, such as seeker or landlord.
We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion request.
Once processed, we will confirm completion by email where possible.
In-app option
You can also request deletion directly inside the app:
- Open Settings
- Go to Privacy & Data
- Select Request Account Deletion
What gets deleted
We will review and delete or anonymize eligible personal data associated with your account, including profile and account data, where legally permitted and technically feasible.
What may be retained
Some information may need to be retained for limited purposes such as:
- legal compliance
- fraud prevention
- abuse and safety investigations
- dispute resolution
- enforcement of platform rules
