MatchaNest is designed to help seekers and landlords create profiles, publish listings, discover matches, and communicate safely inside the product.
- You must provide accurate account and listing information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Listings and content
- Do not upload misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful listings.
- Do not impersonate other people or businesses.
- Do not post abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe content.
Messages and safety
Users may communicate through in-app chat. Abuse, harassment, scams, and attempts to move users into unsafe transactions may result in moderation action or account removal.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of the service when needed for safety, maintenance, compliance, or product evolution.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or create legal or safety risk.
